AVIS D’APPEL D’OFFRE POUR LA FOURNITURE DU MOBILIER DE BUREAU
Dans le Cadre de la mise en œuvre du projet « Urisanze Activity » financé par USAID, la SWAA-Burundi lance un avis d’appel d’offre pour la fourniture du mobilier de bureau.
Le Dossier d’Appel d’Offre peut être retiré au secrétariat de la Direction Exécutive de la SWAA-Burundi sis à Kigobe Nord-Est à côté de l’université du Lac Tanganyika à partir du 21/07/2022 tous les jours ouvrables de 8h à 15h 30.
Les offres sous plis fermés avec mention « OFFRE POUR LA FOURNITURE DU MOBILIER DE BUREAU A LA SWAA-BURUNDI » seront adressées à Madame la Représentante Légale de la SWAA-Burundi et doivent être déposées au secrétariat de la Direction Exécutive à l’adresse ci-haut mentionnée au plu tard le 3 Aout 2022 à 12h.

TENDER NOTICE FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF AN AUDITING FIRM
SWAA-Burundi is
a non-profit association with over 25 years of experience in HIV/AIDS
prevention and care for vulnerable populations. SWAA-Burundi works closely with
its partners and other stakeholders to contribute to the achievement of the
UNAIDS global targets by 2030.
Within the
framework of the implementation of the Projects: Linkages/EpiC, Reaching an
Aids Free Generation Activity(RAFG Activity), Adolescent Girls and Young Women
(AGYW),Reaching Impact ,Saturation and Epidemic Control(RISE) and Adolescent
and Children HIV Incidence reduction Empowrement and Virus Elimination
(ACHIEVE) on funding from USAID via FHI360, ICAP and PACT, SWAA-Burundi is
issuing a National and International Request for Proposal for the recruitment
of an Audit Firm for these projects for the fiscal year 2020.
The Terms of
Reference are available at the SWAA-Burundi Headquarter located in Kigobe North
East from May 31 to June 14, 2021 every working day before 3:00 PM. Bujumbura
time or can be consulted on the website of Intercontactservices: https://www.intercontactservices.com .
The deadline for
submitting offers is scheduled on June 15th 2021 before 3:30 PM.
The tenders will
be submitted to the secretariat of SWAA-Burundi Headquarter.
