Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interview potential Sahl customers to contribute to the growth of Sahl Banking loan portfolio.
Contribute to customer relationship management in order to enhance business growth through cross selling, revenue collection and cost management as well as drive customer education.
Managing the account opening process and updating of customer details.
Ensure all accounts are scanned and uploaded in the system within 1 day
Ensure submission of account opening documents to AOPC within 24 hours after opening in T24.
Capture, Analyze, resolve and escalate Customers feedback within defined TAT.
Ensure timely submission of relevant reports.
Ensure seamless coordination of banking hall activities.
Adherence to and application of established policies, processes, procedures and tools to achieve optimal efficiency compliance
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or related field
Experience in client relationship management
Knowledge of basic of Islamic banking
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Passion and commitment to quality service.
Excellent Negotiations skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet stringent targets within defined deadlines.
