ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Accountant in Burundi. Working under the guidance and direction of the Finance and Administration Director for the RISE project in Burundi, the Accountant will provide finance support to the RISE team in the implementation of HIV care and treatment services in Kirundo, Ngozi, Kayanza, Muyinga, Gitega, Karusi, Ruyigi and Cankuzo.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Accountant position by the end of May 2023. The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree  and/or a certification in Accounting or Financial Management and 5 years of work experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and/or financial analysis (to be proven by certificates) .


The incumbent ensures that Accountant initiatives are aligned with ICAP in Burundi’s mission and is in compliance with administrative and financial procedures.
