Job Description

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive Agency Banking growth. 
• Manage performance of Agents attached to the branch.
• Develop growth strategy for Agency Banking.
• Critically analyze agency performance trends and make recommendations.
• Participate in recruitment and training of Agents and Merchants.
• Research market trends and provide information on Agent and Merchant business.
• Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential Agents and Merchants.
•  Provide leadership in Agent and Merchant business growth and train them and their staff. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in a Business and Management or related field.  
  
• Professional qualification in IT or Business development will be an added advantage.
• Total Professional experience not less than 3 (three) years in Sales, Relationship Management or business development. 
• Excellent planning, organization and Business report writing skills.
• Excellent the ability to anticipate issues and to design appropriate solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-driven Professional with strong interpersonal skills
