La date limite d'envoie des offres est fixé au 29 Novembre 2021.

La proposition technique et la proposition financière doivent être DISTINCTES ET TELECHARGEES SEPAREMENT dans le système suivant les instructions du dossier de demande de propositions et L’OFFRE FINANCIERE DEVRA ETRE PROTEGEE PAR UN MOT DE PASSE afin qu’elle ne puisse pas être vue avant la fin de l’évaluation technique. A l’issue de l’évaluation technique, les soumissionnaires ayant obtenu la note technique minimale exigée seront contactés par Email pour la transmission du mot de passe. Seule la soumissionnaire financière doit être protégée par un mot de passe.

PRIERE, NE PAS METTRE LE MONTANT DE VOTRE OFFRE FINANCIERE DANS LA RUBRIQUE « LINE ITEMS » DU SYSTEME. AU LIEU DU PRIX REEL DU VOTRE OFFRE, METTEZ LE CHIFFRE 1 (COMME PRIX) ET TELECHARGEZ L’OFFRE FINANCIERE CONFORMEMENT AUX INSTRUCTIONS FOURNIES PLUS HAUT.
