In Burundi, Search has offices in Bujumbura. Search Burundi office wishes to invite bids from reputable  and experienced auditors for the auditing services of Search Burundi Country Program for the period of January to December 2021. We kindly request you to submit your quotation for the provision of auditing services as detailed in the approved Terms of Reference in Annex 1 of this RFQ. All quotations will be assessed based on the following criteria; price, time frame for auditing, past performance, technical expertise, and process as set by the organization.

Following the issue and opening of received RFQs, Search will issue a contract to the most competitive compliant offer. Quotations may be submitted on or before January 31, 2022 via e-mail or courier to the email addresses below: Via email: bi-purchasing@sfcg.org

Quotations submitted by email must be limited to a maximum of 7 MB, virus-free and no more than five attachments. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation will reach the address above on or before the deadline. Quotations that are received by Search after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. If you are submitting your quotation by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf.

1. a) Selection shall be based on meeting the minimum requirements as detailed in the approved Terms of Reference in Annex 1;
2. b) Search Burundi reserves the right to waive minor deviations if they don’t materially affect the capability of an applicant to perform the contract.
