Job Purpose

The role holder will be reporting to Managing Director's Office and performs the various duties as assigned by the Foundation Focal Point (Sahl Business Manager) and the Deputy Managing Director.


Job description:

  • Participate in the mobilization and recruitment of the program beneficiaries under Phase 1 of the 2jiajiri or its equivalent programme.
  • Conducting Business Development Services beneficiary onboarding workshops.
  • Training beneficiaries on Soft Skills.
  • File beneficiary documents.
  • Maintain monthly programme status reports.
  • Support activities for Phase 1 such as Engagement with Vocational Training Institutions in vetting management visits, collection of completion letters, etc. this includes all activities not in BDS.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of any other CSR activities
  • Any other administrative duties as assigned by the Foundation Focal Point


Job requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business related field
  • MBA considered as added advantage
  • 1 Year in sales/Freelance/Small business development/Marketing and promotion activities on field
  • Sense of contact and communication skills
  • Business acumen
  • Ability to deal with many tasks at the same time and meet the deadlines
  • Enthusiastic and energetic
