Chief Finance Officer Job in Jubilee Insurance Company of Burundi

Seeks to recruit a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) who will be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Summary of the position

This is a senior position reporting directly to the Managing Director/CEO which requires a highly financially focused individually whose credibility will enable him to transform the finance function during this exciting period of growth.

Qualifications

1.Education

• To have minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and accounting

2. Experience

• To have a professional qualification like CPA, ACCA either already completed or partially completed will be an added value.

• Good working knowledge of IFRS accounting requirements

• Insurance accounting and reporting experience will be an added advantage.

• At least 5 years working experiences in progressively responsible financial leadership roles gained from a reputable insurance Company.

• Experience in preparation of Financial Report to Audit level

• Experience in Budget preparation.

• Computer working knowledge of Ms office especially in Advanced Excel

3.Language

• Excellent communication skills (Written and Oral) in English and French
