Introduction
UNDP would like procure services for Construction of MAR pilot in Muyinga Province in Burundi.
A pre-bid conference will be conducted on 25 September 2025, via zoom at 12pm. Confirm your attendance by registering on https://undp.zoom.us/meeting/register/HMNmhL1dSkumsX4jrEzXFg.
A group site inspection will be held as follows:

Bidders shall notify the focal point(Mr. Desire Bara email: barandes2000@gmail.com with in copy ug.procurement@undp.org) 3 of days in advance as to whether or not they intend to participate in the site inspection and the details of their representatives who will attend via the above email. All interested bidders should show interest 3 days before site inspection to barandes2000@gmail.com with in copy ug.procurement@undp.org.
Please submit your bid on your letterhead that should be signed and stamped on the Quantum supplier portal, not later than indicated date in Quantum, addressed to UNDP Uganda stating clearly whether the prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and any other taxes that may be applicable. Your letterhead should clearly show your tax identification number, TIN.
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system.
