 1. Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the organization reporting requirements and propose solutions that meet these. 
  • Extract and collate information form a variety of internal and external sources.
  • Interpret and analyze large and varied amounts of complex data to provide meaningful and understandable information to various users.
  • Provide organizational data in several formats including dashboards, graphs, charts and reports.
  • Research in relation to analysis of existing data and propose area of improvement.
  • Together with the Manager, financial reporting and performance work with decision makers to ensure that data provided is tailored to their needs and support their decision making.
  • Through reports, improve efficiency and enhance customer experiences.
  • Conduct data quality checks as necessary.


2. The Person

For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:

  • University degree in computer science or statistics from a recognized institution.
  • Data analysis professional qualification or an equivalent is an added advantage. 
  • Minimum of 2 years in data analysis, data cleaning and visualization, reporting.
  • Data analysis and coding skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations.
