ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Driver/Chauffeur- in ICAP Burundi. Working under the guidance and direction of the Regional Team Lead and Operations Manager for the RISE project in Burundi, the Driver will provide logistical support to the RISE team in the implementation of HIV care and treatment services in eight provinces.
ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Driver/Chauffeur position by October 2021.The successful candidate will have completed mechanical training (minimum A3 level), possess a valid national driver license and have a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Driver/Chauffeur Mechanic in an international NGO or large company (to be proven by certificates).
The incumbent will have a demonstrated track record working on US Government-supported PEPFAR programs including program planning, monitoring and evaluation. The Driver/Chauffeur will also have experience working effectively as a part of diverse staff teams, and contributing to successful collaborations with donors, host-country ministries of health, and civil society.
