INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROVISION OF EAC STAFF MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER 

The East African Community (EAC) is the regional intergovernmental organization comprised of the Republic of Burundi, Republic of Kenya, Republic of Rwanda, Republic of Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, and most recently the Republic of South Sudan. The Treaty for Establishment of the East African Community was signed on 30th November 1999 and entered into force on 7th July 2000. 

The East African community Secretariat invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Provision of EAC Staff Medical Insurance Cover. 

Bidding will be conducted through the Open Tender and is open to all eligible bidders.

Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given below.

Sealed bids in plain envelope, clearly marked "Provision of EAC Staff Medical Insurance Cover" must be delivered to the address below on or before 7th June, 2021 at 11.00 am East Africa time. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below.
