The Entrepreneurship Program Coordinator will play a critical role in leading and implementing Menya Accelerator's entrepreneurship program. This role involves curating lesson materials, designing workshops, providing coaching support for participants, developing tools for practical exercises, and overseeing the program's applications and evaluation processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in program development, a passion for entrepreneurship,business coaching, and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program development:

• ○ Lead the development of Menya Accelerator’s programs to align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
• ○ Design and implement innovative program delivery methods to maximize impact.
• ○ Ensure programs are tailored to meet the needs of entrepreneurs while adhering to industry best practices and leveraging emerging trends.

2. Curriculum Review:

• ○ Assess the entrepreneurship program curriculum and recommend improvements.
• ○ Develop a cohesive and impactful learning journey for program’s participants.

3. Workshop Series Design:

• ○ Develop and design a new series of interactive workshops for program integration.
• ○ Ensure workshops address key entrepreneurial skills and foster participant engagement.

4. Coaching and Participant Support:

• ○ Provide one-on-one coaching to participants, addressing their specific business challenges and goals.
• ○ Facilitate group discussions and collaborative sessions to foster peer learning and growth.
• ○ Offer guidance on business planning, financial management, and marketing strategies,etc.

5. Program Evaluation and Monitoring

• ○ Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness, ensuring alignment with Menya Accelerator’s strategic objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• ○ Analyze data and generate reports to provide actionable insights, measure program impact, and support continuous improvement in program delivery.

Qualifications

• ● Bachelor’s degree in Business and Administration,Economics, Education, or any other related field.
• ● 3+ years of experience in program design, entrepreneurship, or a similar role.
• ● Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• ● Proficiency in developing tools, curriculum, and workshops for professional training.
• ● Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• ● Passion for youth empowerment and entrepreneurship.
• ● Fluency in English, French and Kirundi.
• ● Familiarity with digital coaching platforms and tools is an advantage.

Contract Duration
