Organizational Setting
-------Le poste d’Associé(e) aux Finances est localisé à Bujumbura et est sous la direction générale du Représentant de l’UNFPA et la supervision directe du Chargé des Opérations.
Objectif du poste :
L’Associé(e) Financier(e) contribue de manière efficace et efficiente à la mise en œuvre du programme de coopération à travers le contrôle et l’exécution des processus et transactions financiers tout en veillant au respect du contrôle interne, des règles et procédures de l’UNFPA.
Il/elle appuie le suivi de la performance financière du programme pour toutes les ressources financières en fournissant l’information et l’analyse budgétaire nécessaire. Il/elle détecte les éventuels problèmes et propose les mesures correctives.
Il/elle développe des outils et des mécanismes pour le suivi effectif et efficace des budgets de programme et projets, coordonne la compilation des données financières et fournit des informations financières précises et mises à jour.
Il/elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec les collègues des opérations, du programme, du Bureau Régional et du Siège, mais aussi avec les partenaires de mises en œuvre pour assurer une gestion de qualité des ressources financières du programme.
