One Acre Fund - TUBURA (OAF TUBURA)
Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund supplies 1 million smallholder farmers with the agricultural services they need to make their farms more productive. We provide quality farm supplies on credit, delivered within walking distance of farmers’ homes, and agricultural trainings to improve harvests. We measure our success by our ability to make farmers more prosperous: On average, farmers harvest 50 percent more food after working with One Acre Fund.
The Global Procurement teams handle over $10M in spending each year across over 15,000 transactions and purchase all operational goods and service on behalf of over 1M smallholder farmers.
We are looking for someone to help improve process efficiency, save 5% of purchasing cost, implement process/systems improvement projects, and help build team capacity across multiple countries of operation.
You will report to the Global Procurement Manager, directly oversee procurement operations in at least 3 countries of operation and help bring an outstanding procurement service at the feet of our 1M+ farmers across East and Southern Africa.

Because of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, start dates can vary by role. We are adapting rapidly to Covid-19 and most of our team is now working remotely. Given the changing environment, we will appreciate your flexibility in confirming a start date.
