Marketing Associate
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing associate is responsible for providing marketing strategy, project management, and brand support to Turame Community Finance.
LOCATION: Bujumbura, Burundi

FULL JOB SUMMARY
The marketing associate is responsible for providing brand and design support, marketing strategy consultation, and project management for related tasks to Turame. He/she is responsible for working closely with the Turame leadership team to support strategic goals through marketing activities. In addition, he/she will collaborate with HOPE International’s Marketing team in the USA to ensure design work and marketing strategies are brand-consistent, uphold the dignity of clients, and reinforce Turame’s Christ-centered mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote and fulfill the mission and vision of Turame Community Finance through the development and implementation of effective marketing communications, resources, and other marketing activities/projects.

QUALIFICATIONS
Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant provides full administrative support to the Turame Managing Director serving as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders
LOCATION: Bujumbura, Burundi

REPORTS TO: Managing director
DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: None
CATEGORY: Full-time
DURATION: Open-ended, with a probation period of 12 months
FULL JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the office of the managing director. She or he shall serve as the liaison to the senior management team. The executive assistant will creatively exercise good judgement in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational results, and ability to balance competing priorities of the managing director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote and fulfill the mission, method, and motivation of Turame Community Finance.
Spiritual Integration and Christian Witness
Promote and fulfill the mission and vision of Turame working within a Christ-centered environment that is mission-driven, community oriented and results-driven.
Ensure a personal, healthy spiritual balance within family, work, and church life through the adoption of biblical personal and spiritual disciplines.
Conduct daily work, make decisions, and help Turame make decisions in a way that witnesses to the presence, power, and love of Jesus and the reality of his Kingdom on earth.
Executive Support
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the managing director including managing an active calendar; creating expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and preparing meeting plans, agendas, and materials.
Research, prioritize, and follow-up issues and concerns addressed to the managing director including gathering departmental and client information, data analysis and creation of performance reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system ensuring corporate documents are safe and easily accessible by the relevant officers of the institution
Prioritize conflicting needs, handling matters expeditiously and proactively, and following through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Support and enable smooth communication with internal departments, demonstrating Christ-like hospitality; maintain credibility; trust and support with senior management staff; and meet and greet the visitors of the managing director.
Assist the managing director in the preparation of presentations, speeches, and correspondence.
Participate in Board of directors and senior management meetings. Coordinate the agendas, take minutes and distribute them while ensuring matters arising are implemented and completed as scheduled, and maintain an action item register.
Assist in scheduling Board of directors and senior management team meetings,
Facilitate regional and international travel plans by liaising with approved travel agents ensuring that senior management and staff are appraised of all travel requirements.
Follow-up on contacts made by the managing director and support the cultivation of ongoing relationships through sending follow up emails, keeping key information of all contacts and advising the managing director on when to reach out to contacts particularly on special occasions.
Serve as the logistical administrative liaison to the Board of Directors, assisting members with travel arrangements, lodging, local transportation, and meal planning as
Performing all other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director in order to accomplish the mission of the institution.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Personal confession of Christian faith and commitment to the mission, method, and motivation of Turame Community Finance
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
A university degree in any field of administration, social sciences or law studies
Must be below 30 years of age and a Burundi National. Full professional proficiency in spoken/written English and French languages
Microsoft Excel skills, Word, Power Point Presentation, Google docs and experience with other Microsoft Office Suite products.
III. TEMPORARY DATA ENTRY AGENT
JOB SUMMARY
The role of the Data Entry Officer will be to collect the necessary information from customers as directed and required by the institution. The collected information will be entered and updated in the client information and management system. The Data Entry Agent will compile accurate, up-to-date and usable customer information in our systems.

SUPERVISOR: Branch Manager
CATEGORY: Temporary
DURATION 3 months
RESPONSIBILITIES
Interviews with all customers who have credits in Turame to collect the necessary information;
Rapid data entry of customer data with attention to detail from information received in a timely manner;
Enter customer information into the information collection tool provided by Turame and according to the instructions received;
Verify the accuracy of the information collected.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Personal confession of Christian faith and commitment to the mission and vision of Turame Community Finance.
Be of Burundian nationality
Proven experience using tablet-based transcription software such as Excel ;
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer science, management or equivalent;
Strong organizational skills, including effective time management and prioritization of multiple demands and deadlines ;
Good written and verbal communication skills, fluency in Kirundi is mandatory
Strong analytical and research skills;
Ability to work under pressure and produce results within the agreed time frame
