RECRUITMENT OF THE MONITORING & EVALUATION OFFICER
Tearfund in Burundi is looking for a highly competent and experienced Monitoring and Evaluation Officer to support the quality delivery of the Tearfund Burundi country program through monitoring, and evaluation of the country strategy and projects.
This role is responsible for ensuring that effective monitoring systems are in place to ensure that Tearfund and its partners are responsive to context and agile to respond to best practice.
A University degree in Statistics, Demographics, Business Management, International Development, Economics, or related field. Advanced certificates in M&E, statistics or economics are preferred with a proven experience of a minimum of three (3) years in an M&E position responsible for implementing M&E activities of international development projects.
Excellent written and spoken skills in the English language are indispensable to this role and an advanced knowledge of French is essential.
