FINBANK s.a. is currently looking for a Network and Infrastructure Administrator, well-motivated, to join our Information Technology team.

Reporting to: Head of Information Technology (IT)

Specific Responsibilities: 

• Install, configure, upgrade and patch databases for (MS SQL/Oracle);
  
• Manage, design, develop and upgrade if necessary Bank-wide network to ensure availability of Applications and third-party APIs to support Bank operations;
• Design and implement Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) solutions to support 24/7 operations following best practices for security,performances and reliability for the network of the bank;
• Work closely with departmental managers to determine future network needs and plan for network changes;
• Develop methods and tools to be used to test and optimize existing LAN/WAN;
• Monitor application’s daily operations, provide technical expertise to business users and resolve problems escalated to IT;
• Plan and execute IP segmentation and segregation initiatives;
• Plan and conduct projects that are designed to either add functionality required by the bank or to address ongoing network failure issues;
• Construct, implement and maintain firewall rules;
• Identify requirements and document the network design;
• Perform root-cause troubleshooting for network and system infrastructure;
• Help improve the networking and system disaster recovery strategy for data-centre and hosting environments;
• Perform routine maintenance on network and system devices (patches, break-fix, upgrades, etc.);
• Perform monitoring, ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization;
• Provide input on existing and new technologies, hardware, software, and operating systems to meet the bank and IT department strategic goals;
• Work with external vendors and internal clients in the resolution of server hardware and software issues, and in the implementation of internal & external projects;
• Perform any duties assigned by Management.

Qualification:  Degree (Graduate) of Bachelor in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Experience:

• 3-4 years’ relevant experience.
  
• Infrastructure maintenance and life cycle management.
• Having completed a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) or CCNP(Cisco Certified Network Professional) certification is value addition.
• Advanced knowledge of IIS servers, DHCP server, DNS server, Proxy server on Lunix and Windows.
• Advanced knowledge of network administration, troubleshooting on Windows and Lunix.
• Excellent knowledge of protocols and standards, including Active Directory, Group Policies, MS Exchange, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPSec, SAN, Virtualization, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery.
• Works as a supportive and engaged member of the team and willing to mentor other team members.
