ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Procurement Officer. Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Procurement Officer will oversee project-related supply chain requirements and activities including sourcing/ordering, managing, transporting, warehousing and the overall coordination of all procurement-related activities to support the activities of the project and sites by ICAP-Burundi offices and ICAP Burundi supported sites.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Procurement Officer position by April 2022. The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in administration or logistics management or another equivalent field and a minimum of 3 years knowledge/experience in procurement procedures and stock management.
The incumbent will have a demonstrated track record working on US Government-supported PEPFAR programs. The Procurement Officer will also have experience working effectively as a part of diverse staff teams, and contributing to successful collaborations with donors, host-country ministries of health, and civil society.
