ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Receptionist-Secretary – Burundi. The incumbent will be responsible for all secretary and receptionist duties at the Bujumbura office.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Receptionist-Secretary position by December 31, 2024.The successful candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in social sciences (management, Law, languages and literatures, communication or executive secretarial). He/she will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar post within an NGO or international organization or with same responsibilities to main tasks and responsibilities of this position. The incumbent will be able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
The position is contingent upon availability of grant funding.
