Business Development Manager – CCTV & Security

Zebra Electronics is looking for an ambitious and results-driven professional to join our growing Security & Surveillance Division.

About the Position:

You will be responsible for developing the CCTV & Security business, promoting Hikvision solutions, managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting security projects from quotation to implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • • Develop sales of CCTV and Security Solutions
  • • Promote and expand Hikvision distribution in Burundi
  • • Identify and acquire new customers and projects
  • • Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
  • • Manage and follow up security projects
  • • Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • • Achieve sales targets and business objectives


Requirements:

  • • Minimum 5 years of sales experience
  • • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • • Good command of English
  • • Valid driving licence preferred
  • • Experience in ICT, Security, Construction or Technical Sales is an advantage
