Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
a) Marketing & Communication Strategy
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify target audiences, market opportunities, and relevant communication channels.
- Translate business objectives into measurable marketing and communication campaigns.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and campaign-specific communication calendars.
b) Campaign Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
c) Digital & Social Media
- Oversee social media strategies and content calendars.
- Coordinate digital advertising, email marketing, website content, and other online activities.
- Track digital performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Work with creative teams to develop engaging digital content
d) Market Research & Insights
- Conduct or coordinate customer, competitor, and market research.
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends.
2. THE PERSON
For the above position, the successful applicant should have the following:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
- Professional Certification in Marketing or master's degree will be added as advantage
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Marketing/Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong understanding of the Bank's products and services
- Excellent understanding of the Marketing KPIs, Performance Goals and other metrics.
- Excellent planning, organization and report writing skills
- Excellent the ability to anticipate issues and to design appropriate solutions
- Excellent planning, organizing, problem solving and analytical skills
